Money-Back Policy

This Money-Back Policy applies to tuition and program fees published in KRW on codewave-webdev.one. Third-party fees (software licenses, travel) are excluded unless expressly stated on an invoice.

You may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of payment if the cohort or program has not started and no customized materials were delivered to you.

After the eligibility window, partial refunds may be considered when documented service interruptions exceed twenty percent of scheduled live hours. Administrative fees up to ten percent may apply.

Downloaded proprietary templates, mentor-reviewed portfolio assessments, and completed certification reviews are non-refundable once delivered.

Email trust@codewave-webdev.one with your enrollment reference, reason, and payment receipt. We respond within five business days with status and any follow-up questions.

Approved refunds return to the original paying instrument within fourteen business days after approval, subject to processor timelines outside our control.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under the Framework Act on Consumers in Electronic Commerce or other applicable Republic of Korea consumer statutes. Where conflict arises, mandatory law prevails.
